  If i could give zero stars I would. I ordered a steak and cheese with extra meat, jalipino peppers, mushroom and onion, as well as an eggplant grinder. The steak and cheese was just under thirteen dollars, you could see the cheap, stale bread through the "extra" meat and individually wrapped cheap oily non melting cheese. I found five bits of onion, three pieces of pepper and no jalipino to speak of. The steak was so greasy i used five paper towels to blot it and still it was dripping. Also it was in no way 12 inches, possibly 8 but for thirteen dollars if expect more than this. The eggplant grinder literally had two pieces of eggplant, one on each half, no cheese and runny flavorless sauce.
  
  I had the woman who was obviously intoxicated on some sort of opiate repeat my order back to me, after having to patiently tell her several times what the order was and she read it back properly so i don't even understand. When the food finally came an hour after ordering and we saw what we got i called them back straight away to let them know this is not what we wanted. Note we had ordered from them about a year ago and were highly impressed with the food and service so this was unexpected. The woman started to literally yell at me on the phone saying that I did not order what i said I did despite the items I ordered being on the receipt properly. I requested management and he claimed he made my sandwich as specified on the receipt, but again it was not what i ordered.
  
  After five dollars in taxes we spent thirty some odd dollars on sandwiches that left us disappointed and sick from all the oil and so much salt it left our tongues feeling raw. I would possibly recommend this place to someone i really hate, but you dear reader please please don't waste your money, time, or patience.
  
  I have never felt this disrespected. For thirty dollars i could have paid a homeless man to dumpster dive for better quality food.

  Food is good but horrible costumer service. The manger is very rude. Will never go here again.
  
  Ordered delivery got the wrong delivery called back to order what I actually wanted and was willing to pick it up when the manager got extremely defensive and rude and told me it was my fault that the wrong meal was delivered because she missed heard what I had said on the phone.

  Had ordered from Empire in the past and was very happy with their party sized pizza with hamburg... lots of meat...pizza was thick. Recently ordered the same thing with bacon added, received a very thin pizza, with tiny crumbled pieces of hamburg..and bacon...couldn't even decipher what the meat was... super thin and no flavor besides the bacon... meat was very sparsely spread and some pieces had nothing on it... was grossly disappointed.. will not ever order from them again.
